Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”, also serving as the End User License Agreement) govern your use of the PRO360 Kids app and website, operated by Caliph Group (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms. Accounts are owned and controlled by a parent or guardian; children play through profiles the parent sets up.

Using the app

PRO360 Kids provides bilingual (Bahasa Malaysia / English) educational games for children, aligned to Malaysia’s KSSR curriculum. You agree to use the app lawfully, to keep your login secure, and not to copy, resell or misuse the content. The content is our property or licensed to us.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

PRO360 Kids offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. A free tier is always available. Paid plans and prices:

  • One Subject — RM9.90 / month, or RM99 / year.
  • Two Subjects — RM16.90 / month, or RM169 / year.
  • All Subjects — RM24.90 / month, or RM249 / year.

When you subscribe through the app on iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may vary by region; any price change will be notified in advance.

Payments outside the app

If you subscribe on our website instead of through the App Store, payment is processed by our payment providers, and the applicable renewal or one-time terms are shown at checkout.

Cancellation & account deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your entire account — including all child profiles, progress and subscription data — from inside the app (Subscription → Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
