Privacy Policy
PRO360 Kids · Last updated 26 August 2026
PRO360 Kids (“we”, “us”) is a children’s learning app operated by Caliph Group. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written for the parent or guardian who owns the account — children do not create accounts themselves.
Who our accounts belong to
An account is created and controlled by a parent or guardian. Children play through profiles that the parent sets up. Purchases, account changes and deletion are all done from the parent account.
What we collect
- Parent account: your email address and password (stored hashed), and your chosen language.
- Child profiles you create: the child’s display name and birth year (used to match age-appropriate games and fair competition groups). We do not ask for a child’s full birth date beyond what you enter, and never for a child’s contact details.
- Learning activity: games played, scores, badges and progress, so we can show progress and run competitions.
- Payment: if you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment providers (Stripe and toyyibPay). We receive a confirmation and subscription status — we never see or store your full card number.
- Voice: the “Say it” pronunciation practice uses your device’s built-in speech recognition. Audio is processed on the device / by the device’s operating system to check the spoken word; we do not record, upload or keep the audio.
- Technical: basic logs (e.g. sign-in events, errors) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run the app: sign you in, save child profiles and progress, and match age-appropriate content and competitions.
- To process subscriptions and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising to children.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment providers (Stripe, toyyibPay), our hosting and database provider, and email delivery for account messages. They process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Children’s privacy
PRO360 Kids is intended to be used by children under a parent’s supervision. We collect only the limited child profile information a parent enters, use it solely to run the learning experience, and do not use it for advertising or profiling. A parent can review, edit or delete their children’s profiles at any time from the dashboard.
Keeping your data & deleting it
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual child profiles from your dashboard, or delete your entire account — including all child profiles, progress and subscription — at any time:
Sign in and go to Subscription → Delete Account, or open
/account/delete once signed in.
Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cancels any active subscription.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
